My name is Meredith Rose and I am the Director of Open Arms Adoption. Working with the staff and birth and adoptive families of Open Arms is an honor and pleasure that I feel grateful for each day. I am the mother of two. My first child joined our family through birth and my second child joined our family through adoption. We are ten years into a wonderful open adoption with my daughter's birth family and we are all so pleased to be connected in a strong relationship that our daughter enjoys so much. I have been working with families in the field of social work for 21 years and happily found my place in adoption 13 years ago. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Master's Degree in Public Health (Maternal and Child Health) from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. |

My name is Michele LeMasney, and I am the Adoptive Family Support Leader here at Open Arms. I currently work as a support coach with our families who are navigating all areas of the adoption process. I facilitate a monthly family support forum called "Coffee Talk" for both adoptive and potential adoptive families. I have been working for Open Arms for a couple of years now. Adoption is a major part of my life as I am also an adopted person. My husband Mike and I have 4 children. Our youngest two children joined our family through adoption and we have open adoptions with both of their birth families. I am so blessed to be working here at Open Arms because it has afforded me the opportunity to give back some of what was given to me.
